Parker Marine Group now have the perfect accommodation for vessel owners who need to leave their boats while maintenance is being carried out, or if they just need a break to Relax, Breath and Enjoy.
Introducing Karaka Cottage, nestled in New Zealand’s quiet and calming native bush with mature Puriri, Totara and Karaka trees all around.
Sit and watch the native Kererū and Tūī enjoy the Puriri and Karaka berries without fear of humans. Watch the Piwakawaka flit amongst the trees.

Karaka Cottage is completely self-contained with everything you need and is available on a week-by-week lease basis. Please contact us via the website for bookings.
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, via our online PayPal portal. If you are a vessel in transit with a TIE, please provide this with your online contact so we don’t have to charge you GST.
