Parker Marine Group welcomes Dave Radford as our new broker for the Havelock, Picton and Waikawa territory. Dave owned and operated Hanmer Haulage for many years and is now passing the business on to his Son. This means he now has the time to enjoy boating on his own launch berthed in the Havelock Marina, and to help others enjoy the process of finding the vessel that fits their needs, or to sell when the time has come to do so. Having had a 40-year affiliation with boats and boating, especially the faster type, the last few years have seen the pace slow down to cruising around the Sounds and the South Island in his mate’s yacht getting a feel for a life aboard. This quite quickly led to the purchase of his own launch in Whangamata and motoring it back down to its new home in Havelock -a great experience and a challenging achievement. Dave is always quick to put his hand up to crew on a yacht or launch anywhere around our beautiful country, always on for a chat about launches or yachts and experiences old and new.
